Our admissions team requested a print piece designed in the shape of a pennant to tie into a sporty, school-spirited theme. The goal was to highlight Peru State College’s visit days while balancing two distinct design tones: a bold and energetic front that felt athletic, and a modern, clean, and elegant interior that kept the visit days as the central focus.
This project had a tight two-day turnaround, with most of that time dedicated to gathering and organizing content. The biggest challenge was designing within the unconventional triangular shape of the pennant. To resolve this, I incorporated layered triangular elements throughout the layout to balance the unique format and create visual harmony. The result is a piece that feels dynamic yet organized, with a strong visual flow that guides the reader through key information.
