Concept: Board Game
TIME: 4 Weeks
Terminal is a fast-paced, chase-based board game concept set in a bustling airport environment. I created the game around a high-stakes premise: a team of Criminals trying to escape, and a team of Security agents trying to stop them.
The gameplay centers on movement, strategy, and surprise. Criminals start the game with a set of five unique “criminal cards,” and their goal is to reach the end of the board with at least one card still in hand. Security players must intercept and force the criminals to flip their cards and perform the actions written on them—some helpful, some not. If all five cards are captured or exhausted, Security wins.
The airport-themed board design added a fun layer of realism, with gates, terminals, and checkpoints acting as game zones. I used Maxon Cinema 4D to model and render the custom game pieces, which I later 3D printed to bring the concept to life physically.
This was one of my favorite projects to conceptualize and execute, blending narrative, design, and product development into one interactive experience.
